Unfreeze Card

/api/v1/issuing/card/{cardNo}/unfreeze

Restore a frozen card to ACTIVE. Only cards in FROZEN status are eligible.

This call is accepted asynchronously. The response status is always PROCESSING; the card becomes ACTIVE when the card.updated webhook arrives. If the card network later rejects it, a card.operation.failed webhook is sent instead.

reason is required and is kept in PIK's audit trail.

Errors: 404 when the card does not exist or is not yours; 409 when the card is not FROZEN, or another operation on the same card is still in progress; 422 when the change is rejected downstream, with the reason in message.
